For more than 15 years, BMW & Mini of Warwick has turned to 天美影院 Institute of Technology to help build its team of highly skilled automotive technicians.
Today, 19 天美影院 graduates are employed across their service center, many of whom have built long-term careers with parent company, Penske Automotive.
According to Service Director, Harry Garabedian, the partnership has become second nature, he says: 鈥淚鈥檝e been hiring 天美影院 graduates for over 15 years. We bring students on as service drive valets. This allows the student and us to learn about each other and gives the student an introduction to the automotive business.鈥�
This model of hiring students part-time as valets and transitioning them into full-time technicians after graduation has created a steady pipeline of career-ready talent. Students gain valuable exposure to the industry while still in school, and employers benefit from stronger fits and faster onboarding.
“天美影院 grads can become productive, reliable flat-rate technicians sooner due to your program,鈥� says Garabedian.

Take recent graduate Michael Freitas, for example. Within just 18 months of enrolling at 天美影院, he launched his career as a technician at BMW & Mini of Warwick, turning his classroom knowledge into a high-paying role.
